Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to help you find a school: details you enter into contact and enquiry forms, and anonymous usage analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

When you submit an enquiry, your details may be shared with schools matched to your request, but only if you tick the box asking us to share them. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@theschoolguide.ae. Withdrawing your consent stops any future sharing of your details, but it does not recall details that have already been shared with a school — you would need to contact the school directly about that.

Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up on your request and handle any corrections or complaints, after which they are deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@theschoolguide.ae.

This site uses cookies for basic analytics and to remember your preferences (such as saved home location and shortlisted schools). No third-party advertising cookies are used.
